Creating your Dream Yarn – The Story of This Year’s MOW Special
This talk is part of our Mill Open Weekend celebrations.
This year we thought we’d spice things up a little and invite you all to be honorary Mill Folk and help us create our Mill Open Weekend special yarn and tops range. Way back in January, we first asked for your input, and were thrilled to see so many of you take part! Since then you have chosen the fibre content, colour family, palette, colours, our theme, and even the names of each shade, and we have to say, you folks have impeccable taste.
Throughout this talk, we’ll be taking you through every step of the process, from blending the fibres, to testing out your ideas on our vintage machines and eventually working up and photographing the samples, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how you helped us make this beautiful collection.
We hope you love this year’s Mill Open Weeknd specials as much as we do. Thank you for helping us make this dreamy collection!
