We now offer handy kits for all our patterns in The Annual (issue three). This is the fabulous Kemmick Shawl by Anna Husemann, and all kits include enough yarn to knit this shawl, along with a limited edition button badge and a fab project bag to keep it all safe. Happy knitting! Please be aware that the kit does not include a copy of the Annual as we know some of you will have ordered them separately.
Designed by Anna Husemann, Kemmick is a modern Garter and Intarsia knitting pattern with two colour palettes inspired by the landscape of Exmoor and the seascape of the north-Devon coastline. This pattern looks like a beautiful aerial view of the fields around Exmoor, so we called it ‘Kemmick’ which means Flax Field, which we thought would be perfect for a textile interpretation of fields!
Knitted from corner to corner, this colourful scarf of abstract interlocking shapes is perfectly paired with our Knit by Numbers DK minis. With over 100 different shades to choose from, the only limit is your imagination!
