We are utterly delighted to be able to offer you kits for Aleks’ gorgeous Lilleke Worsted Sweater, and give you a sneaky preview of our new Appledore Aran in the process!
Not only is the Lilleke an absolute stunner of a pattern, it allows us to play with colour in such a unique way! In her sample, Aleks used our Yarnadelic Worsted, with Spincycle yarn for the contrast shade. We are recreating the effect of the Spincycle, by combining two shades of Appledore Aran, which Aleks explains further in her pattern. This yoke sweater is worked seamlessly in the round from the top down, with a beautiful and striking Roosimine design, inspired by Aleks’ Estonian heritage.
Our Appledore Aran is not available to purchase on it’s own just yet, but we are offering it as a limited one off as part of the Lilleke Sweater kits. Hurrah! Appledore Aran will be available on our website in the Autumn.
