Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Sock Construction w/ Amanda Jones

This workshop is part of our Mill Open Weekend celebrations.

Knitting socks is an absolute joy. A small, portable project that allows you to be adventurous with colourwork, construction, and design. But with a wealth of patterns and information out there, and so many different ways to construct your project, it can feel a little daunting…

During this class with Amanda Jones, you’ll be knitting the sweetest mini-sock to take home with you, incorporating all the different stages of sock-making.

Amanda will be there to hold your hand through every step of top-down construction. Once you have knit your first sock you will be knitting them for all your friends and family, they really are that addictive!
