The music inspired shades certainly get our creative juices flowing and its beautiful, woolly bounce and soft feel makes this a go to yarn for all sorts of gorgeous knits. By giving this yarn a rounded 3 fold structure, we’ve enhanced the fibres natural stitch definition and drape creating the ideal all round go to yarn for everything from cables to lace and garments to accessories. The composition of Yarnadelic really lends itself to a thicker weight as Corriedale’s lofty nature means it won’t become too heavy even when used for a really big project.
As you may know, we love a good bop here at JAT. Each of the shades in this range is named after a specific track. Click here to visit our Yarnadelic Spotify playlist with some of the songs that inspired us. So sit back and click those needles, wave those hooks and tap that treadle to the beat!

Yarnadelic is 100% Falklands Corriedale. The breed is around 100 years old and was derived by crossing the Merino and Lincoln Longwool. It is one of our favourite fibres as its properties are a perfect balance of delightful softness and bounce from the Merino combined with the slight lustre and long staple length of the Lincoln Longwool – a fibre lover’s dream!

Our Corriedale is farmed in the Falkland Islands – ensuring that the animals have been treated with the utmost care and are free from harmful mulesing. The fibre has then been dyed in the UK and lovingly prepared, blended and spun at our North Devon Mill.
